Join us for Longevity: Yoga-Style, a transformative workshop designed for those in the third stage of life (which begins when the practitioner is freed from the daily responsibilities of working and raising a family), or anyone who teaches and supports those seeking longevity. Discover how the Yoga Sutras can help shift our perspective of aging from a deficit to a powerful reflection of life's experiences, reduce suffering, promote well-being, and cultivate wisdom for the future. Through thoughtful discussion, mindful practices, and age-appropriate techniques, we’ll explore tools to enhance balance, mobility, and inner peace. 

This workshop will take place on Sunday, July 27, 2025, from 10 AM to 3 PM at one of our Yogi’s sweet community spaces (location emailed to you upon registration).  Come ready to engage, learn, and grow in a supportive and vibrant environment!

We will have kitchari and chai available for our shared lunchtime. Please bring an additional yummy to share with the group (Community building).  Bring your own mat, blocks, blankets or any other items you need (Comfort of Your practice).  Bring a notebook/journal for study and discussion.  Bring a personal plate and silverware (Kindness to the Earth).
