Join Monica for an essential start to your day. This class provides an opportunity to recognize your true nature with breath-centered dynamic movement based on the Sutras of Patanjali and classical orientations. Get in touch with your inner guidance. A wonderful beginning of your day.

Tuesdays and Thursday mornings 7:30am to 8:45am.

Meditation

Rediscover your inner wisdom in a Midday, Mid Week Meditation practice. We begin with 10-20 minutes of breath-centered movement (Asana), followed by a more specific breathing patterns to support your intentions (Pranayama). Once you are physically settled, a guided meditation will ensue. There will be a gentle come back so you can continue with your day and week, clearer and centered.

Wednesdays 12:10pm to 1pm

Strength & Resilience

It starts with a series of safe floor movements based on the Pilates method and current fascial/connective tissue studies.   These include breathing, alignment principles, “stability with omni directional movement”. The class progresses to practicing efficient movement patterns that enhance flexibility, elasticity, balance, and strength…and beyond. So much fun to feel our bodies continue to get stronger!

Mondays and Wednesday mornings 8:10am to 9:00am.

SENIORS - Wednesdays 10:10am to 11:00am
